Tracking is accessed through your order email. Follow the steps below to check your delivery’s progress.
Find your Fur & Finest order confirmation and select View your order to open your order-status page.
Once your order has been dispatched, check your shipping confirmation too. If tracking is available for your delivery, you can follow the tracking link in that email or on your order-status page.
Dispatched from the UK within 1 business day.
Free UK delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
If tracking has only just been added, updates may appear after the carrier first scans your parcel.
Check your junk or spam folder and search for “Fur & Finest”. If you still can’t find it, email us with your name, order number if known, and the email address used at checkout.
If more than 4 business days have passed since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us so we can help check its progress.
